The Story
After receiving a diagnosis of a large tumour, Brandon Bays refused the conventional path and chose instead to listen — deeply — to what her body and being had been holding.
What followed was a profound emotional breakthrough and a spontaneous healing that astonished her doctors.
From that direct experience, The Journey Method was born — a body-based process that has since helped hundreds of thousands of people release stored emotion, awaken to their true nature, and reclaim their natural capacity to heal.
